A regular practitioner should practice meditation daily for a few minutes (10-30 min for beginners) and a few minutes in the evening. But our day has 24 hours. If twice a day we spend a few minutes trying to calm down and balance our mind but we spend the rest of the hours doing and thinking in a way that increases the waves of disturbance in our then the meditation practice will not prove fruitful. That is why we need to apply the principles of Yama and Niyama in our day to day life.
The 5 principles of Yama help us to have a good relationship with others while the 5 principles of Niyama help us to have a good relationship with ourselves. It is a fact that it is getting more and more difficult to keep a good relationship nowadays. But if you apply these principles you will not only improve your relationship with others and with yourself but you will also enhance your mental peace and consequently meditate deeper.
By attending a series of 10 classes you will enhance your mental control and inner peace in a way that you have never experienced before.
